This data identifies subdivisions that were once active, where no permits or closings have occurred in the last 12 months.

You get detailed lot counts delivered in excel format for easy manipulation. More then 16,000 lots are identified in the 5 submarket areas. This data is delivered in MS Excel format for easy manipulation.

Data includes Builder, Subdivision, Submarket, Cross streets and Township, Platted lots, Available lots, Lot size, Date open as well as Permit and Closing counts aggregated by quarter.

This report is available for the following five submarkets at a cost of $300.00 each, or save and purchase all five for $1200.00
