The Sales and Permit Report published continuously since 1985, is a subdivision-level rolling month by month 12-month housing data report, covering both new home permit activity and new home escrow closing activity at the subdivision level.. It is available for either Phoenix or Tucson.
The data is based upon actual transaction-level records of permits issued by each city in the region and of recorded escrow closings. All the data for every new home subdivision is updated every month and is current through the end of the month immediately prior to the publication of this report, which typically is on or about the 18th of the month. The report also includes detailed information relative to each subdivision in the region. The report is delivered in a convenient MS Excel format for ease of filtering, analyzing, and sorting the data.
